Design-stage case study · HS GovTech

A clearer website direction for a complex government platform.

Lova prepared a responsive website redesign concept for HS GovTech, organizing its public product, industry, and resource material into a clearer path for government-agency buyers.

Scope note: this case study covers design work in progress. It does not claim that the redesign is live or that it has produced measured business outcomes.

The assignment

HS GovTech serves environmental-health and regulatory agencies. Its public material spans software capabilities, industry context, resources, and contact paths—information that must work for evaluators with different levels of technical and procurement knowledge.

Lova's concept work focused on information hierarchy and responsive presentation: make the platform easier to understand, give industry and solution content a coherent home, and keep a clear route to contact.

What Lova prepared

Content structure

A page system connecting the company story, environmental-health industry context, inspection workflows, resources, and contact information.

Responsive design direction

A complete multi-page concept that adapts from desktop to mobile while preserving hierarchy, readable content, and obvious actions.

Interaction and access considerations

Semantic page structure, visible focus treatment, reduced-motion behavior, and a consent-aware foundation were included in the concept materials.

What the evidence supports

The local project record contains the multi-page concept, its responsive implementation, source notes, and a rationale document prepared by Lova. Those materials support the process and deliverables described here.

They do not support a public performance claim, launch claim, testimonial, or customer-result metric. Those claims remain absent unless separately verified and approved.
