Pricing questions
How does payment work? +
Most projects are 50% to start and 50% within 7 days of launch. Larger builds (like the Mobile App) split into milestones — a deposit, a staging-acceptance payment, and a launch payment.
Why are you 30–60% below agencies? +
We’re a lean U.S. studio, not a big agency with overhead to cover. We use a modern, productized process and fixed scopes, so you pay for the work — not the building, the account managers, or the markup.
What about changes after launch? +
Every project includes 2 free revision rounds within 60 days and a lifetime warranty on bugs from the original delivery. After that: $75 for a quick edit, $200 for a standard change, or a hosting & care plan from $39/mo.
Is there sales tax? +
Texas customers pay applicable sales tax on templated builds (single-page through pickup) and maintenance plans. Custom development (web apps, mobile, and custom builds) is exempt when invoiced as custom programming.
Do you do bigger custom projects? +
Yes. Fully custom work is quote-only, starting at $6,000 and scoped to your project. Tell us what you need and we’ll scope it.
